IT Support Specialist - help desk (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Property Management Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
