IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Hollow Hospitality is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
