IT Support Specialist - help desk (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Granite Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
