IT Support Specialist - help desk (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Junction Property Management looks after rental homes across the St. Louis area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
