IT Support Specialist - help desk (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across St. Louis. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
