IT Support Specialist - help desk (Spokane, WA)

Summit Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Spokane. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
