IT Support Specialist - help desk (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate River Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Spokane. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
