IT Support Specialist - help desk (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge West Environmental Services Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
