IT Support Specialist - help desk (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Energy Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
