IT Support Specialist - help desk (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rowan Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 406 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
