IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Jose, CA)

Westbrook Field Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
