IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Cedar Telecom Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
