IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
