IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Ember Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
