IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Linden Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
