IT Support Specialist - help desk (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Harbor Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in San Antonio. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
