IT Support Specialist - help desk (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Pine Financial Group serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
