IT Support Specialist - help desk (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Clear Freight Group is a Salt Lake City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
