IT Support Specialist - help desk (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Health and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
