IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Facilities Group is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
