IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Albuquerque with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
