IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Foxglove Junction Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
