IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Stonegate West Energy is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
