IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Highbridge Vista Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
