IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Silverline Vale Staffing Group is a Tampa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
