IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Ironwood Keystone Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 365 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
