IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
