IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Westbrook Forge Freight is a Tulsa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
