IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Nova West Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Spokane serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
