IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Glen Health Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
