IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
