IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
