IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Lumen Quill Health runs clinics and patient services around Jacksonville, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
