IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Associates collects and processes waste and recycling around Omaha, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
