IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Honolulu serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
