IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Clearpath Pine Financial Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
