IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Yarrow Foods and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
