IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
