IT Support Specialist - help desk (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Omaha, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
