IT Support Specialist - help desk (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Pittsburgh. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
