IT Support Specialist - help desk (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Phoenix serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
