IT Support Specialist - help desk (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Meadow Markets is a Phoenix retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
