IT Support Specialist - help desk (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Community Partners and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
