IT Support Specialist - help desk (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Orlando serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
