IT Support Specialist - help desk (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Oklahoma City. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
