IT Support Specialist - help desk (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Partners is a Oklahoma City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
