IT Support Specialist - help desk (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Bright Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
