IT Support Specialist - help desk (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Sable Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions.
