IT Support Specialist - help desk (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Nest Markets is a Nashville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
