IT Support Specialist - help desk (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Junction Manufacturing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
